Meet Carly York

As a musician, educator, and retreat leader, I am passionate about helping women reconnect to God’s peace through Sacred Song and Scripture. By singing Gregorian chant, providing scripture reflections, and guiding mediative journal exercises, I create a transformative experience that leaves participants spiritually refreshed and renewed.

Half-Day Women’s Retreats

Modern women are burned-out, spiritually disconnected, and suffering from feelings of loneliness. The Sacred Stillness Retreat is the solution to these problems.

  • The 3-hour program weaves live Gregorian Chant music performance and participant singing to help calm their nervous systems and ease them into reflective prayer.

  • Curated Biblical reflections will be given on the topic of “How to be Still in Seasons of Change” with opportunities for small group discussions.

  • A Retreat Workbook will be provided which includes guided journaling prompts and activities that will be done throughout the session.

  • Carly is also open to supporting Churches in offering a “Holy Hour” either before the 3-hour retreat begins or at its conclusion. The Holy Hour could include a Daily Mass Liturgy with live, a cappella Gregorian Chant support, followed by 30-minutes ofEucharistic Adoration and Benediction that is supported by live sacred music.
